Toyota’s local partner Indus Motors (INDU) sold 3,687 units, while Honda Atlas Cars (HCAR) sold 1,808. Hyundai followed with 1,457, and Sazgar Engineering Works (SAZEW) reported 1,349 units. The “Others” category dropped, showing a decline in brands outside the top companies.
The Pakistan car sales statistics also revealed strong year-on-year growth for the full fiscal year. A total of 148,023 passenger cars were sold in FY25, a 43% increase over 103,829 units sold in FY24.
The jump was supported not only by the tax deadline but also by better economic conditions. Falling interest rates, lower inflation, and rising consumer confidence made it easier for people to buy cars.
